ardio kickboxing is a combination of kicking, boxing, and muay Thai. It burns calories and raises your heartrate fast, and helps improve coordination, agility, and endurance. It is a multi-purpose workout perfect for those who want to enhance cardiovascular health, defense herself, and have a toned figure.
HIIT is designed for 9-5 workers to get the maximum benefits of a short and intense workout! It is highly efficient in terms of fat-burning and can bring your heartrate to over 80% with small breaks between each set.
Programmed by former coach of Japan’s national speed skating team, Izumi Tabata, Tabata comprises eight sets of 20 seconds of exercising and 10 seconds of rest. The workout lasts for four minutes only. It is similar to HIIT but shorter and faster with the goal to activate as many muscle groups as possible. Plus, Nuli provides beginner-friendly TABATA courses in the APP!
Yes! Cardio courses are part of the subscription. You may take unlimited courses for only NT$8 a day. There are also yoga & stretch courses and strength training courses in NULI APP – definitely worth the payment.
