It's very user friendly and it's designed for people who want to train on their own. Other than workout programs, they also provide healthy recipes and useful blogs. Well-desinged premium app👍

Candice 給健身新手的三個建議，如何開始健身？如何找到適合自己的健身課表？如何搭配飲食，不挨餓健身！為什麼要強調週期化呢？因為我一開始，在當健身小白的時候，也是從打開Youtube、看網紅的健身影片，跟著開始在家暖身、起步的！但大概經過1個月，我就發現，我每天都不清楚自己該練哪裡才好？花很多時間在搜尋影片覺得很浪費時間，另外在運動的當下也不確定姿勢是否正確！於是我開始做更深入的健身研究，發現，要看到體態和肌力上的進步，是需要按照週期化的課表、循序漸進的刺激肌肉，要讓肌肉纖維因為運動強度的提升、肌肉纖維經過打斷、修復後，持續的成長，才能開始讓我身體的肌肉量增加、達到體態調整的效果！
